THE STORY:

Stand-up comedian, Rachel was intrigued by our founder Steve Koch’s experience working as a producer on the reality tv series The Bachelor and reached out to Steve to help turn her idea for a dating scavenger hunt podcast into a captivating show. In Love Before 100, Rachel retells dating adventures where she has pushed herself out of her comfort zone in order to cross off her personal 100 point dating “must-try” list. In order to make the series stand out Steve designed the episodes to be immersive storytelling experiences incorporating sound design like voice actors to reenact phone calls and situational sounds to amplify the location of the story.

Steve works with Rachel throughout her series to design the story arcs, positioning cliffhangers and teasers to ensure Rachel’s audience remains engaged throughout the full season. Steve incorporates sound design into each episode to make her storytelling podcast a more immersive experience for the listener.

Love Before 100 has just completed its 2^nd season, and Steve and Rachel are now in production on Season 3.
