Gone Phishing engaged Vandalpop Media to help develop, launch and manage its new branded YouTube channel and podcast featuring host Connor Swalm, CEO of Phin Securities.

THE STORY:

The team from Phin Securities reached out to Vandalpop founder Steve Koch to develop a show for CEO Connor Swalm to capture thought-leading discussions around business and cybersecurity. Working alongside Phin Securities marketing executive Jamey Pritchard, Steve was able to help ensure the core identity of the show was aligned with the Phin Securities brand and strategic goals from the very first episode.

The show was designed to release two 15-minute episodes per week which required a refined record process to ensure the desired value-adding content was produced within a punchy timeframe. During the recording process, Steve gave live coaching support to CEO and host Connor, not only to improve his delivery as a content creator but to ensure the records were efficient and met the constraints of Connor’s busy schedule.

From each record, Vandalpop Media produces and distributes both a video show on Youtube and an audio show on Apple, Spotify, and other audio-only platforms. Each episode is also repurposed into social media highlights the Phin Securities team can use as YouTube shorts and Instagram reels to drive followers to their show.
